Careers at Lawnise
Build the independent verification layer for AI
AI is beginning to act inside enterprises and speak for them outside their walls. Lawnise is building the independent infrastructure needed to verify both—with evidence that can be examined, challenged and acted on.

The mandate
AI needs more than another layer of claims
Enterprises are being asked to trust AI systems they deploy, answers they did not author and providers they do not control. Governance policies matter, but policy alone cannot establish what an AI system actually said, why it said it or whether the answer can be defended.
Lawnise exists to create independent verification between AI assertions and enterprise truth. We examine the AI an organisation operates and the public AI that represents it, compare behaviour with authoritative sources and preserve findings in a form that risk, compliance, security and leadership teams can scrutinise.
This work joins software engineering, assurance, security and domain judgement. It is infrastructure work with institutional consequences.
Why Lawnise
Help define a category—and the standard behind it
Independent AI Verification is still becoming a recognised enterprise discipline. Joining Lawnise means helping shape not only a platform, but the methods, controls and professional practice that make the category credible.
- 01
Work on a problem that is arriving now
Internal copilots, agents and public AI answers are already influencing operations and decisions. The verification gap is no longer theoretical.
- 02
Build independence into the system
We are not the AI provider marking its own work. Independence determines how we design evidence, review findings and protect decision boundaries.
- 03
Work across disciplines
Important answers rarely belong to engineering, compliance or security alone. The work is strongest when those disciplines test one another's assumptions.
- 04
Build beyond the first market
We begin where scrutiny is high: regulated financial services in Malaysia and Singapore. What we learn there should support verification across sectors and jurisdictions.
Our standard
The work must survive scrutiny
Evidence before assertion
We distinguish what is proven, what is inferred and what remains unknown. Confidence is not a substitute for evidence.
Independence by design
Verification judgement must not be controlled by the system or interest being assessed. We protect that boundary in the product and in the way we work.
Build for review
Decisions, code and findings should be understandable to the next person who examines them. We document the reasoning, not only the outcome.
Authority with accountability
Ownership should be clear, challenge should be possible and consequential decisions should leave a trace.
Disciplines at Lawnise
