The problem
Accurate is not the same as well-behaved
An AI system can answer accurately and still behave in ways you did not intend under the agreed test conditions. Those behaviours are hard to see from normal use and may otherwise surface only in production. Nothing runs outside the scope you authorize
The capability is bound by a rules-of-engagement gate. Before anything could execute, it requires your consent, active authorization, an approved rules-of-engagement scope, a defined target, and operator permission. The scope defines exactly what is assessed and what is not; nothing runs outside it. This is not a monitoring feed that watches continuously — it is a defined, bounded engagement with a beginning and an end.
