Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy describes the conduct expected of every account holder using the Lawnise platform. It applies alongside the Terms of Service and any written order form. Where this policy and a written order form conflict, the order form prevails.
2. Prohibited uses
The following uses of the platform are prohibited regardless of tier or workspace configuration:
- Scanning brands, content, or surfaces that you do not own or have express permission to monitor
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting to circumvent platform rate limits or authentication
- Using the platform to generate content that violates applicable law in the customer's jurisdiction
- Sharing account credentials or platform access with parties outside the workspace's authorised user set
- Uploading or processing personal information about individuals where the customer lacks a lawful basis to do so under applicable privacy law
- Attempting to interfere with the operation of the platform or to degrade service for other customers
3. Enforcement
We monitor for violations of this policy through automated and operational review. Where a violation is identified, the response depends on severity and intent: warning, temporary suspension of affected workspace functionality, or termination of the account.
- Warning, with a request to remediate the violation within a stated period
- Temporary suspension of the affected workspace or feature, pending remediation
- Termination of the account where the violation is severe, repeated, or unaddressed
4. Reporting violations
If you believe another account holder is violating this policy, or that the platform itself is being used in a way that breaches the policy, report it to legal@lawnise.com. We aim to acknowledge reports within two working days and to complete review on the cadence appropriate to the severity of the report.
